Congratulations to Karen Jones who has recently passed her Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Practical Interviewing examination in Leeds.

The course is part of the Diploma in Recruitment Practice scheme offered by the REC and confirms that Karen is competent, professional and capable at all stages of the interviewing process.

Previously Karen had also gained a pass in the Foundation Award in Recruitment Practice and she said of her recent success “I am extremely happy to have passed the examination. It is crucial within our industry that we are professional in what we do and can competently carry out the duties we undertake. Partaking in the Course and passing the examination has increased my confidence, enhanced my skills and, as a result, added value to the service that we offer our clients and candidates.”

Karen has now progressed from Recruitment Co-ordinator to Consultant.
