A NORTH Wales recruitment agency will be saying a big “thank you” to temporary workers working next week.

Old Colwyn-based Supertemps is to stage a giant “Welsh cake & Lottery Ticket Drop” to celebrate National Temporary Workers Week.

Company Director Sarah Ellwood said: ”Recruitment consultants will visit all workplaces throughout North Wales where we have temporary personnel.”

We will be giving each of the temps a Welsh tea cake and a lottery ticket as a token of good luck. It gives us the opportunity to personally thank them for the work they do and for their continued effort in sustaining a buoyant recruitment marketplace in North Wales.”

She added: “I think there is probably even more demand for temps during the present economic slowdown.”
